Product made of 100% cotton stiffened with corn starch. Width 106 cm. When ordering 1 unit you are buying 1 mb, i.e. 1.06 sqm.

Weft: 20 threads per cm, 16.5 TEX. Warp: 10 threads per cm, 16.5 TEX.

ALFA bookbinding merle is one of the options for reinforcing a book block. It is made of 100 per cent cotton and then starchy. ALFA is a product that we offer mainly for manual work or old Bremer threaders. It is not suitable for use on modern hardcover machines. The paper backed merle, GAMA, is designed for this group.
